Core Logistics is seeking a highly motivated Commercial & Executive Support Officer to join our dynamic team. This role sits at the intersection of customer service, commercial support, and executive administration, playing a key part in supporting the General Manager and driving operational excellence across the business.

 

Key Responsibilities and accountabilities:

  • Support sales, quoting, proposals & customer coordination.
  • Manage client enquiries and relationship followups.
  • Assist with reporting, research & business development.
  • Provide highlevel executive support (calendar, meetings, travel).
  • Contribute to leadership and strategic initiatives.

 

Ideal Candidate:

  • Diploma/Bachelor’s in Customs, Logistics or related field
  • 3–5 years’ experience in commercial support, customer service or executive assistance
  • Knowledge of logistics, import/export and systems like ASYCUDA/Phoenix (advantage).
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain confidentiality.
