Core Logistics is seeking a highly motivated Commercial & Executive Support Officer to join our dynamic team. This is a unique opportunity for an ambitious professional looking to build a career in logistics, commercial operations, and business development while gaining direct exposure to senior leadership. This role sits at the intersection of customer service, commercial support, and executive administration, playing a key part in supporting the General Manager and driving operational excellence across the business.
Key Responsibilities and accountabilities:
- Support sales, quoting, proposals & customer coordination.
- Manage client enquiries and relationship follow‑ups.
- Assist with reporting, research & business development.
- Provide high‑level executive support (calendar, meetings, travel).
- Contribute to leadership and strategic initiatives.
Ideal Candidate:
- Diploma/Bachelor’s in Customs, Logistics or related field
- 3–5 years’ experience in commercial support, customer service or executive assistance
- Knowledge of logistics, import/export and systems like ASYCUDA/Phoenix (advantage).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain confidentiality.
