We are seeking a talented, passionate, and driven Food & Beverage Attendant to support our team and to deliver world-class experience.

Reporting directly to Food & Beverage Manager, as a Food & Beverage Attendant your duties will include but not limited to the following:

• Provide friendly, efficient, and professional service to guests at all times.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and serve in a timely manner.
• Ensure cleanliness and proper setup of service areas, restaurants, and function venues.
• Maintain high standards of hygiene, grooming, and presentation.
• Assist with banquet, conference, and special event services when required.
• Handle guest queries and concerns politely and escalate when necessary.
• Follow hotel policies, safety, and service standards at all times.
• Support team members to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Upsell menu items and promote hotel outlets where appropriate.
• Comply with food safety and workplace health regulations.

• Previous experience in Food & Beverage service will be an advantage.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
• Positive attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work well in a team and under pressure.
