Operations Manager

Our client, Hibiscus Suites and Residences, a leading boutique hospitality property in the heart of Martintar, Nadi, is seeking an experienced, motivated Operations Manager to join our management team.

About the Role:

The Operations Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of the property, ensuring seamless coordination across departments, maintaining high service standards, and driving guest satisfaction.

This role requires a hands-on leader who can inspire teams, promote efficiency, and uphold the warm Fijian hospitality that defines our brand.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all operational functions of the property to ensure smooth, efficient service delivery

• Supervise and develop team members to achieve high performance and professional growth

• Maintain exemplary standards of guest service and handle guest relations with professionalism

• Monitor budgets, operational costs, and revenue performance to achieve financial targets

• Implement and continuously improve property procedures and quality standards

• Foster a collaborative and positive workplace culture in line with the company’s values Ideal Candidate

• Proven experience in hotel or hospitality operations management (minimum 3–5 years preferred)

• Strong leadership, organisational, and problem-solving skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities with a customer-first mindset

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities

• Deep understanding of service excellence and operational best practices within Fiji’s hospitality context
