The Role 

Pepper Advantage Hub (Fiji) is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and deliver key projects across the business, including onboarding new clients, implementing system enhancements and driving change initiatives for IT, Residential & CRE Operations, Finance, HR, and Compliance & Operational Risk divisions.

You will work closely with Project/Change Managers and stakeholders to ensure successful project execution, quality deliverables, risk management, and on-time, on-budget outcomes. This role is critical for maintaining project momentum, tracking progress, and reporting to business leaders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead project delivery from initiation to closure, including client onboarding, system enhancements, and internal change programs
  • Support Project/Change Managers on critical projects by facilitating workshops, meetings, documenting minutes/actions, and maintaining project artefacts (plans, trackers, registers)
  • Log and update Client Change requests/tickets, ensuring accurate progress tracking.
  • Provide planning, scheduling, and control support, including setting milestones, monitoring timelines, and escalating risks/issues
  • Prepare and deliver clear project status reports, dashboards, and updates to stakeholders
  • Organise meetings, take detailed minutes, track actions to completion, and follow up on outstanding items
  • Ensure high-quality deliverables, adherence to deadlines, and compliance with internal standards
  • Identify risks, issues, and dependencies; escalate appropriately and contribute to mitigation strategies
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders to align on requirements and drive successful outcomes

Skills and experience required:

  • Candidate needs to be flexible in terms of working hours (Ideally from 8 pm to 4.30 am FJT).
  • Proven experience as a Project Manager or in project support roles
  • Strong skills in project planning, documentation, action tracking, reporting, and stakeholder communication
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in recording, minutes, and status reporting
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio) – advanced Excel/PowerPoint essential
  • Solid problem-solving, risk identification, and root-cause analysis abilities
  • Ability to work effectively at all levels, build relationships, and translate requirements clearly
  • Team player with strong collaboration, communication (verbal & written), and organisational skills
  • Experience in agile/waterfall methodologies or tools like MS Project, Jira, or similar is a plus
