Cargo Billing Agent
Are you detail-oriented, organized, and passionate about accuracy? Fiji Airways is looking for a dedicated Cargo Billing Agent to join our Cargo team - someone who thrives on precision, teamwork, and excellence.
As a Cargo Billing Agent, you'll play a key role in ensuring seamless and accurate billing of freight charges, providing exceptional customer service, and supporting our goal of achieving revenue targets. You will process data in our Cargo System (CHAMP) in accordance with the Fiji Airways Freight Procedures Manual and Dangerous Goods Manual.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Perform day-to-day Freight Billing in Cargo Spot (CHAMPS) for all CASS Billing.

Ensure accurate rate application and timely billing to customers.

Provide clear and professional feedback and clarification to customers on billing issues.

Assist with Import/Export billing documentation and invoice payment approvals.

Deliver administrative support to the Senior Manager Cargo.

Manage filing, scanning, and general office duties to maintain an organized work environment.

Participate in projects and delegated tasks to support the wider cargo operations.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

Fiji School Leaving Certificate Pass (Year 12) or the equivalent of a minimum 3 years' experience in a similar role.

At least 1 year in a finance-related field.

Strong computer literacy and data accuracy.

Basic knowledge of finance principles.

Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication.

Detail-oriented with high levels of motivation and self-discipline.

Understanding freight sales and operational procedures is an added advantage.
