🌴 About the Role

Tokatoka Resort, located in the beautiful and convenient surroundings near Nadi International Airport, is part of the renowned Warwick Hotels and Resorts group. We are dedicated to providing the personalized service we are known for across our global portfolio.

We are currently seeking a proactive and organized Maintenance Supervisor to lead our engineering and landscaping teams. In this critical role, you will be responsible for the overall upkeep, safety, and functionality of our hotel premises. Your primary goal will be to ensure a safe, comfortable, and enjoyable environment for both our guests and employees by managing preventative maintenance programs and responding swiftly to repair needs.

✅ Key Responsibilities

• Facility Inspections & Compliance: Conduct regular inspections of the hotel, including rooms,    lobbies, and facilities, to ensure they meet stringent safety and brand standard
• Maintenance Operations: Arrange and oversee routine maintenance, repair projects, and                  emergency responses (e.g., power outages) in a manner that minimizes disruption to guests.
• Team Leadership: Supervise, mentor, and schedule a team of Maintenance Technicians and the      Landscaping team.
• Vendor Management: Manage relationships with external contractors and service providers to        ensure high-quality and cost-effective service.
• Administration & Budgeting: Maintain detailed logs of service reports, equipment records (HVAC, freezers, machinery), and expenses. Find innovative ways to reduce operating costs and    conserve energy.
• Asset Management: Implement robust systems to track the performance and maintenance                       history of all hotel assets.

🛠️ Requirements & Qualifications

• Proven Experience: Previous experience as a Maintenance Supervisor is essential. Hotel                  industry experience is a significant advantage.
• Technical Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of health and safety regulations, as well as familiarity    with plumbing, electrical, sewer, HVAC systems, and general building infrastructure.
• Leadership Skills: Strong organizational and leadership abilities with experience in performance    management.
• Problem-Solving: A keen aptitude for spotting safety risks, troubleshooting issues, and                      addressing needs quickly.
• Administrative Skills: Experience with budgeting, expense tracking, and maintaining activity logs.

• • Diploma in Electrical or HVAC discipline.
  • Flexibility regarding working hours to accommodate emergency situations.
  • Must have a clean police record.
  • Fiji Residents Only.
