As we proudly transition into the InterContinental Luxury & Lifestyle Collection, The Grand Pacific Hotel Suva invites you to be part of its historic transformation. We are seeking a talented, passionate, and driven Housekeeping Supervisor to support our team and to deliver world-class experience.

Reporting directly to Housekeeping Manager, as a Housekeeping Supervisor your duties will include but not limited to the following:

• Supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping operations to ensure smooth workflow and high service standards.
• Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house areas to ensure cleanliness and presentation meet hotel standards.
• Allocate duties, prepare daily work schedules, and manage staff deployment effectively.
• Train, coach, and motivate housekeeping colleagues to improve performance and service delivery.
• Conduct daily pre-shift briefings to communicate targets, priorities, and safety guidelines.
• Ensure full compliance with hygiene, health, safety, and hotel policies at all times.
• Monitor, control, and manage linen, amenities, cleaning supplies, and equipment usage.
• Identify, report, and follow up on maintenance issues to ensure timely repairs.
• Respond promptly and professionally to guest requests, feedback, and concerns.
• Maintain accurate records, inspection reports, and operational documentation.

What we need from you

We are looking for a passionate, enthusiastic, and friendly individual who is willing to learn and build an extraordinary career within a global company. The ideal candidate will have:

• Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in housekeeping (hotel preferred).
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
• Basic computer skills.
