We are seeking support consultant for our Wholesale Operational Department. The role Operational Support Consultant is responsible for processing back-office administration task for FIT Reservation.

 Requirements

·         Diploma level education from a recognized institute and/or 2 years plus experience is similar roles

·         Excellent verbal and written English language skills.

·         Experience with reservations system tour plan is a definite advantage.

·         Be a team player and work responsibly without direct supervision.

·         Excellent attention to detail and time management skills

·         Experience in the tourism industry very desirable

Job Description

·         Generate and maintain operational reports as required to support daily workflow and service delivery.

·         Update reservation systems accurately based on supplier confirmations, amendments, and responses.

·         Communicate effectively with Suppliers(Hotel Reservation) and Travel Agents to resolve booking-related queries and provide clear outcomes on all requests.

·         Make outbound calls to overseas reservation teams and accommodation properties to obtain booking confirmations, clarify details, and follow up on outstanding requests.

·         Actively chase pending bookings, ensuring all confirmations are received within required timeframes.

·         Monitor and process all emails within the Supplier Confirmation Mailbox, ensuring timely follow‑up and resolution.

·         Liaise closely with reservation staff on files that require detailed follow‑up, ensuring agents receive accurate and complete information.

·         Process booking amendments and cancellations daily, ensuring all requests are actioned and confirmed promptly.
