We are seeking a reliable, accurate, and committed Accounts & Office Assistant to support our daily accounting and office operations. This role is best suited to someone who is comfortable with routine, detail-focused work and is looking for long-term employment.
VAT data entry and uploading
Cashbook entries and basic accounting records
General office duties including:
Photocopying and filing
Banking and errands
Assisting with day-to-day office tasks
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Comfortable with repetitive data entry work
Computer literate (Excel, email, basic systems)
Basic accounting or admin experience preferred
Reliable, punctual, and honest
Willing to perform both accounts and general office duties
📌 This role is not a fast-track accounting position. It is ideal for someone who values stability, routine, and consistency.
