Accounts & Office Assistant

Job Description & Skills/Qualifications Required

We are seeking a reliable, accurate, and committed Accounts & Office Assistant to support our daily accounting and office operations. This role is best suited to someone who is comfortable with routine, detail-focused work and is looking for long-term employment.

Key Responsibilities

  • VAT data entry and uploading

  • Cashbook entries and basic accounting records

  • General office duties including:

    • Photocopying and filing

    • Banking and errands

    • Assisting with day-to-day office tasks

Requirements

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy

  • Comfortable with repetitive data entry work

  • Computer literate (Excel, email, basic systems)

  • Basic accounting or admin experience preferred

  • Reliable, punctual, and honest

  • Willing to perform both accounts and general office duties

📌 This role is not a fast-track accounting position. It is ideal for someone who values stability, routine, and consistency.

Salary
