Applicant must have skills in the following:
Valid Driver’s Licence;
Experience in Sales in Grocery industry;
Good knowledge of Suva area and small shops;
Friendly / talkative nature;
Good phone skills;
Good hand writing skills;

J. Santa Ram (Stores) Pte Ltd is a long established 100% Fijian Owned Business. The Directors, Mr & Mrs Santa Ram come from humble beginnings. Their business venture started when Mr Ram was posted as a PWD Grader Operator on the Island of Gau in 1970. They started a bartering system with the villagers, bartering groceries for dry coconuts which the couple turned into Coconut oil to sell in Suva. When they moved back to Suva, they opened a small shop on Fletcher Road. With hard work and persistence, they opened their Supermarket in Suva CBD in 1980. The company expanded from retail into wholesale and import of groceries and general merchandise from overseas. In 2017, the Supermarket and adjoining warehouse were destroyed in a fire. The company closed their retail arm but continues to import and wholesale goods.
