Carpenters Motors - Sales Representative - Lubricants Lautoka

Carpenters Motors, a division of Carpenters Fiji Pte Limited and a recognized leader in the Motoring Industry in Fiji,  is seeking applications for the Sales Representative position to be based at Carpenters Motors - Lubricants, Lautoka. Key Duties:

• Develop and implement strategies to drive sales of Carpenters Motors lubricants to new and existing customers in the automotive segment. 
• Identify new market opportunities and potential clients in the automotive segment.
• Conduct presentations and product demostrations to educate clients on the benefits and applications of Carpenters Motors lubricants.  
• Serve as the subject matter expert on motor oils and lubricants.  
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets for motor oil and lubricants. 
• Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints regarding lubricants and related prodcuts. 
• Monitor market trends, competitor product, and industry development to stay competitve. 

Requirements:

• Diploma in Automotive Engineering.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably within the automotive, lubricants, or oil industry.  
• In-depth knowledge of motor oils, lubricants, and related automotive products. 
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.  
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and customer service orientation. 
• Proficient in using CRM software and MS office suite.  
• Valid group 2 driving license.
