Job Description & Skills/Qualifications Required

RCL Services is looking for motivated individuals to join our Operations Team. If you can close a deal, have excellent communication skills, are a passionate collector, love incentives and strive for success, then this is your dream job!

Key responsibilities will include but not limited to:

·         Calling debtors to recover funds

·         Answering incoming calls

·         Corresponding via email, live chat and SMS

·         Adhering to compliance and quality guidelines

·         Working on an automated dialing system

·         Achieving and exceeding set KPIs

·         Ability to work within a rotational roster of 8 am – 11 pm

To secure this position, you will have:

·         Proven experience with consistently meeting targets/KPI’s

·         Ability to negotiate along with strong verbal and written communication skills

·         High level of emotional stability and personal resilience

·         Previous work experience in sales, retail, front-facing hospitality or conflict resolution within a call centre environment would be an added advantage

·         Team player with a positive can-do mindset
