Kokomo Island Fiji located within the Kadavu Island Group is the newest and most luxurious resort in Fiji, primed to open shortly. Kokomo Island Fiji will offer unrivalled amenities and a magnificent and indulgent private sanctuary that will house 5 opulent villas with stunning views over the lagoon and 21 exclusive bures that will set a new standard for hospitality in the Pacific.
We are looking to recruit an experienced and certified Plumber to be based in Kadavu for three (3) months only.
Responsibilities
- Adhere to, standard operating procedures (SOP’s) and policies and procedures.
- Perform preventative maintenance activities, inspections and procedures on assigned plumbing systems, as documented and required.
- Adjust, lay-out and plumb approved additions.
- Read and follow drawings accurately in order to complete the assigned responsibilities.
- Install, clean and repair water feeds and drain lines.
- Maintain the cleanliness and safekeeping of any storage area, control room, operations room or other identified area or frequented to complete the assigned duties and tasks.
- Maintains a working knowledge and understanding of all rules, regulations and controls of the company.
- Attend Callouts/breakdowns and carry out fault diagnosis, repair or advise as required.
- Responsible for maintaining a consistent, regular attendance record.
Qualifications
- Must hold valid plumbers licence
- Diploma or Trade certificate in Plumbing
- Should have minimum of 3 years+ industry experience
- Prior experience in resort environment would be an advantage
- Good communication and approachable personality
