We are a growing fresh produce business in Raiwaqa seeking an experienced and driven National Sales Manager to lead and develop our sales operations across Fiji Island.

The Role

As National Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing key customer relationships, and expanding our presence within the fresh produce market.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement national sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
• Manage and grow relationships with key accounts and retail/wholesale customers
• Identify new business opportunities and market trends
• Lead, motivate, and support the sales team
• Work closely with procurement and operations to ensure customer satisfaction
• Represent the company at industry events and trade shows

About You

• Proven sales management experience, ideally within fresh produce, FMCG, or food supply
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
• Commercially focused with a results-driven mindset
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities
• Willingness to travel nationally as required
