Carpenters Motors - Quality Control Supervisor

Carpenters Motors, a division of Carpenters Fiji Pte Limited and a recognized leader in the Motoring Industry in Fiji,  is seeking applications from for the Quality Control Supervisor position to be based at Carpenters Motors - Paint & Panel Shop, Suva. Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive quality control procedures and protocols for all stages of the paint and panel repair process, from initial assessment to final inspections.
• Monitor and evaluate the quality of work performed by technicians
• Conduct regular inspections of vehicles undergoing paint and panel repair, identifying any defects or non-conformities.
• Work closely with technicians to identify root causes of defects and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
• Maintain detailed records of inspections and corrective actions taken.
• Analyze quality data and identify areas for improvement.
• Ensure that customer expectations are met.

Requirements:  

• Diploma in Automotive Engineering (Panel Beating & Painting).
• 2-3 years of sales experience in similar role.
• Strong technical understanding of paint and panel repair processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to work independently
• Group 2 Driving License
