Job Description & Skills/Qualifications Required
Carpenters Motors, a division of Carpenters Fiji Pte Limited and a recognized leader in the Motoring Industry in Fiji, is seeking applications from for the Tyre Fitter position to be based at Carpenters Motors - Tyre Centre, Labasa. Responsibilities:
- Inspect tyres and related components.
- Select tyres and rims for particular light/heavy vehicles.
- Balance tyres and wheels once tyres are fitted.
- Road test vehicles if necessary.
- Ensure standard safety measures are practiced at all times while operating tyre fitting/rebuilding machine (scrubbing/building process).
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of work experience in similar role.
- Time management skills are essential.
- Customer service skills.
- Valid group 2 driving license
