Your Responsibilities
Supervise daily housekeeping operations across rooms, public ares, back of house.
Lead, support, and motivate houskeeping teams.
Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, safety and brand standards are consistently met.
Conduct inspections and follow up on corrective actions.
Coordinate daily staffing, schedules and work assignments.
Support training and development of team members.
Report maintenance issues, lost & found, and operational concerns.
SKILLS & GUIDELINES
At least Form 6 level education and relevant Hospitality qualifications.
Minimum 2 years' experience in a Housekeeping supervisory role preferably in a luxury resort.
Excellent leadership, communication and team management skills.
Exceptional attention to detail and a proactive approach to cleanliness and presentation.
Understanding of cleaning techniques, safety standards, and chemical handling.
Commitment to delivering outstanding guest experiences through well-maintained public spaces.
Ability to work any shift pattern and flexible with work hours.
