Job Description
The OI Automation Analyst position is mainly responsible for the onboarding and offboarding script. This position will work closely with the UAM Team (User Access Management) who will provide the L1 Support. In this role, you will be required to provide L3 support for all onboarding and offboarding script-related queries.
Other responsibilities include:
- Designing and developing metrics, reports and analyses to drive key business decisions.
- Highly responsible for gathering the reporting requirements and translating, representing the required data into different forms of reports to meet the stakeholder needs.
- Developer/Programmer or a technical expert capable of automating report generation and data manipulation.
- Requires attention to detail and a drive to deliver quality outcomes.
The role includes:
- Onboarding and Offboarding
- Reporting, Dashboards and Business Insights
- Script developed to support recharge reporting
- Develop controls around recharge to reduce error conditions
- Working with stakeholders to improve data quality
- Gather and document User reporting requirements and conceptualize how these can be delivered
- Organize and present the raw findings in a meaningful way to assist the stakeholders in making the right decision
- Ensure and maintain data accuracy, and maintain the quality of the reports
- Managing stakeholders, with an ability to gain cooperation, present and deliver successful outcome.
Qualifications
- Computer Science or equivalent degree
- Powershell and Python scripting
- Knowledge of change control and ITIL
- Capable of data analysis and report development
- Capable of automating the high-level dashboards
- Capable of various reporting and data analytical tools desirable – Power BI and Splunk.
