Job Description & Skills/Qualifications Required
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers in selecting motor vehicle parts and accessories.
- Provide accurate product information and pricing.
- Handle sales transactions and prepare invoices/receipts.
- Maintain good customer relationships and provide excellent service.
- Ensure shelves are well stocked and displays are maintained.
- Coordinate with store and warehouse staff to ensure timely supply.
- Meet sales targets and contribute to business growth.
Requirements:
- Should possess a minimum of a Pass in Year 12 or Year 13 secondary school attainment, Tertiary qualification will be an added advantage.
- Previous sales experience (motor parts knowledge will be an advantage) but not necessary.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer and cash handling skills.
- Honest, reliable, and hardworking.
- Ability to work under minimal supervision.
- Willingness to work flexible hours.
