Sales Associate

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist customers in selecting motor vehicle parts and accessories.
• Provide accurate product information and pricing.
• Handle sales transactions and prepare invoices/receipts.
• Maintain good customer relationships and provide excellent service.
• Ensure shelves are well stocked and displays are maintained.
• Coordinate with store and warehouse staff to ensure timely supply.
• Meet sales targets and contribute to business growth.

Requirements:

• Should possess a minimum of a Pass in Year 12 or Year 13 secondary school attainment, Tertiary qualification will be an added advantage.
• Previous sales experience (motor parts knowledge will be an advantage) but not necessary.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer and cash handling skills.
• Honest, reliable, and hardworking.
• Ability to work under minimal supervision.
• Willingness to work flexible hours.
