Job Description

We are seeking a People & Inclusion Manager to lead human resources operational matters for our Fiji Dynamix service group (Knowledge Process Outsourcing (KPO) services).  This role requires strong stakeholder engagement skills, a proactive and commercially minded approach, and the ability to support and influence positive change across the business.
Reporting to the Senior Manager - People & Inclusion, you will take ownership of the P&I function for FDX, providing strategic and operational leadership across a range of activities including (but not limited to):

  1. Provide expert, practical advice to People Leaders in Australia and Fiji on P&I practices, policies, and solutions.
  2. Lead and oversee end-to-end recruitment for FDX, including workforce planning, hiring for vacant roles, annual graduate recruitment campaigns, university roadshows, and career events.
  3. Manage and resolve complex P&I matters, including conflict resolution, workplace health and safety, training and culture initiatives.
  4. Drive annual performance and remuneration reviews in line with KPMG’s policies and procedures, ensuring fairness and compliance.
  5. Collaborate with the wider P&I team in Fiji and Australia to implement people-related elements of office projects and strategic initiatives.
  6. Coach, mentor, and develop team members within the FDX P&I function to ensure effective delivery of services with continuous improvement.

To be considered for this opportunity, your qualifications, skills and experience should include:

  1. A degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, or a related discipline.
  2. Minimum 5 years of progressive HR experience, including at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial capacity, preferably within a professional services or outsourcing environment.
  3. Strong business writing and verbal communication skills, and advanced computer literacy across the MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  4. Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders, build collaborative relationships, and drive strategic initiatives.
  5. Experience in leading projects and managing change effectively across diverse teams.
  6. Sound understanding of Fiji employment legislation, workplace health and safety standards, and compliance requirements.
  7. Commercially minded with the ability to align HR strategies to business objectives.
  8. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, manage multiple priorities, and exercise discretion and sound professional judgement.
  9. Strong problem-solving skills and resilience in managing complex employee relations matters.
