Job Description


We are seeking a Senior People & Inclusion Consultant to provide high-level HR support and advisory services for our Fiji Dynamix service group (Knowledge Process Outsourcing services).  

This role requires strong stakeholder engagement skills, a proactive and solutions-focused approach, and the ability to influence positive outcomes across the business.

  • Reporting to the People & Inclusion Manager, you will play a key role in delivering operational and strategic P&I initiatives for FDX, including (but not limited to):
  • Provide practical, high-quality advice to People Leaders in Fiji and Australia on P&I practices, policies, and solutions.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for FDX, including workforce planning, hiring for vacant roles, graduate recruitment campaigns, university roadshows, and career events.
  • Support and resolve complex P&I matters, including employee relations, conflict resolution, workplace health and safety, and culture initiatives.
  • Assist with annual performance and remuneration reviews in line with KPMG’s policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with the wider P&I team in Fiji and Australia to implement people-related elements of office projects and strategic initiatives.
  • Coach and guide junior team members within the FDX P&I function to ensure effective delivery of services.

Qualifications

To be considered for this opportunity, your qualifications, skills, and experience should include:

  1. A degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations or a related discipline.
  2. At least 3–5 years of HR experience, preferably within a professional services or outsourcing environment.
  3. Strong business writing and verbal communication skills, and proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  4. Ability to build collaborative relationships and influence stakeholders effectively.
  5. Experience in managing recruitment campaigns and supporting change initiatives.
  6. Working knowledge of Fiji employment legislation and regulatory requirements.
  7. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities, and exercise sound judgment and discretion.
