Front Office Manager

Blue Lagoon Beach Resort is an award winning resort situated on Nacula Island in the Yasawa's. The resort features 38 Villas, 2 Restaurants and Bars, 2 Pools plus a Dive Centre. The resort caters to  families, couples and solo travelers. As the guest experience is our number one priority, we are seeking an experienced Front Office Manager to join and lead the dedicated office team. 

Based at Blue Lagoon Beach Resort, the Front Office Manager will assist the Resort Senior Management team in all facets of office operations and reservation processes, ensuring outstanding guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist guests with check-in, check-out, and inquiries at the front desk.
  • Manage reservations, including booking, room assignments, and cancellations.
  • Operate front office and reservations software efficiently to process guest requests.
  • Handle guest inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive experience.
  • Coordinate daily briefs for all resort teams to ensure smooth daily operations
  • Maintain accurate records for front office and reservations via daily reconciliation

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in front office or reservations roles.
  • Proficiency in front office and reservations software (knowledge of Ibex is an advantage).
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, island-based environment and value add
  • Ability to engage with all guests to ensure maximum guest experience
  • Professional demeanor and strong attention to detail.
