Why this role matters

The Quality Assurance Officer, based in Fiji (Nadi), playing a crucial role  role ensuring our products are safe, compliant, and ready for supply by managing batch documentation, CAPA, change controls, deviations, and quality investigations. The role also supports vendor qualification, maintains quality agreements, and assists with risk management and internal/external audits. With Seer Pharma or equivalent training, the QA Officer helps uphold the highest standards of quality across all operations.

 What you'll do

  • Vendor Management: Qualify new/existing vendors, maintain updated vendor records, and manage technical/quality agreements.
  • Quality & GMP Compliance: Review and release materials/products, manage deviations and CAPAs, approve GMP documents, support risk management, and ensure daily compliance of critical systems.
  • Audit Readiness: Support internal and external audits, identify non-compliances early, and maintain accurate QA documentation.
  • Health & Safety: Promote safe work practices and maintain a healthy work environment.
  • Training & Development: Maintain training records, deliver training sessions, stay updated with regulatory guidelines, and support staff capability and performance.

What you'll bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Biology, or a related science (required).
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment.
  • Knowledge of GMP, HACCP, quality systems, and production processes.
  • Strong ability to multitask, prioritize, and adapt to changing needs.
  • Technical writing capability and confidence in coaching/training others.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
