Blue Lagoon Beach Resort is located on Nacula Island in the Northern Yasawa's.

A popular resort catering up to 120 guests daily, from families to couples to solo travelers, our reputation has been earned over the past 16 years.

We are now seeking a capable and service-driven Food and Beverage Supervisor to join our service teams across 2 venues. Featuring an A la carte western style beachfront Restaurant and Bar and the second a Japanese Restaurant and cocktail Bar. The role delivers diversity, career scope and the chance to work with a team of highly experienced service providers, all dedicated to the guest experience.

Role Overview

The F&B Supervisor will play a pivotal leadership role, directly supporting the Senior Manager in day-to-day resort operations. You will oversee and be a part of the teams delivering exceptional service daily to our guests. This is a hands-on role that will require you to work 24 days on, 8 days off on rotation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Daily operations including Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner
  • Coordinate and facilitate special events
  • Competent POS over view to ensure accuracy with service
  • Maintain resort standards and uphold brand consistency across venues
  • Foster a positive and professional workplace culture
  • Assist in cost control, inventory stock takes and rostering
  • Handle guest inquiries, requests, and service recovery efficiently
  • Maintain high levels of guest satisfaction through quality service delivery
  • Supervise and coordinate all teams to ensure consistency and quality of service
  • Ensure compliance with Fijian health, safety, and environmental regulations.
  • Support senior Manager's with reporting and initiatives that further generate guest satisfaction

Requirements

  1. Demonstrated success in island resort environments
  2. Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
  3. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational abilities
  4. Demonstrated ability to teach and upskill in varied areas of F&B service
