Castaway Island, Fiji managed by OUTRIGGER Resorts & Hotels is an award winning, iconic four-star resort in the breathtaking Mamanuca islands, and located just 30 km from Nadi. Accessible by helicopter, seaplane or fast catamaran, the resort offers a unique opportunity to work in one of Fiji’s most renowned destinations. We are currently seeking passionate, dynamic, energetic and self-motivated individuals to join our team in the following roles: Duty Manager
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
- Minimum 2 – 3 years’ experience in a similar position in a resort establishment.
- Has a relevant qualification from a recognised tertiary institution.
- Must have a ‘CAN DO ATTITUDE’ and has great work ethics.
- Physically fit, in good health and well groomed.
- Has a pleasant personality, good communication skills and is customer service oriented.
- Flexible with shift work and working hours, including weekends and public holidays.
- A self-starter with initiative, motivation and drive to succeed.
- Is able to live and work in an island resort environment.
