What You’ll Be Doing:
Supervise and coordinate resort operations across all departments.
Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional and efficient manner.
Support team members with guidance, motivation, and problem-solving.
Ensure safety and emergency procedures are followed at all times.
What We’re Looking For :
Minimum 2-4 years of experience in a supervisory or management role within the hospitality industry.
Any other tertiary certifications would be an advantage.
Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
A positive attitude, a strong work ethic, and a passion for customer service.
