Finance Officer

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

We are seeking a reliable, motivated, and detail-oriented Finance Officer to join our team based in Mainland Office, Martintar, Nadi.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the organisation’s financial operations and ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate financial records and accounting transactions.
• Process invoices, payments, receipts, and reconciliations.
• Prepare monthly financial reports and management accounts.
• Monitor accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Assist with budgeting, cash-flow monitoring, and financial planning.
• Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records.
• Assist with audits and ensure compliance with relevant financial policies and procedures.
• Provide financial information and support to management as required.

Qualifications & Experience

1. Diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
2. Previous experience in a finance or accounting role is preferred.
3. Good knowledge of accounting principles and financial procedures.
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
5. Strong attention to detail, organisation, and analytical skills.
6. Ability to maintain confidentiality and work to deadlines.
7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
