Food & Beverage Manager – Luxury Resort

We are an exclusive, 5-star luxury resort catering to a maximum of 40 guests across 20 private bures. We are seeking a passionate, hands-on Food & Beverage Manager to oversee our signature restaurant and bar operations, ensuring world-class service standards in a spectacular, intimate setting.
The Role
As our Food & Beverage Manager, you will be the face of our dining and bar experiences. You will lead, inspire, and work alongside a small, dedicated team to deliver seamless, highly specialized personal service. Rather than managing high volume, your focus will be on high touch—anticipating guest preferences, crafting bespoke dining experiences, and maintaining the absolute highest standards of culinary and beverage presentation.

Key Responsibilities
Elevate the guest experience by delivering tailored, intuitive, and memorable 5-star service.
Lead, mentor, and work hands-on with a small, close-knit front-of-house team.
Oversee the daily operations of our luxury restaurant and curated bar.
Collaborate closely with our Head Chef to align beverage menus, wine pairings, and daily specials with our culinary vision.
Manage inventory, ordering, and supplier relationships with a focus on premium local and international products.
Maintain flawless health, safety, and sanitation standards.

What We Are Looking For
Minimum of 3 to 5 years of leadership experience within a 5-star luxury resort or ultra-luxury hospitality environment.
A proven track record of delivering specialized, personalized guest service at the highest level.
An inspiring leader who enjoys being on the floor, leading by example, and developing a small team.
Strong beverage knowledge, including premium wines, spirits, and mixology.
Excellent communication skills with the warmth and sophistication required to connect with discerning international guests.
Sharp eye for detail, organizational skills, and a proactive problem-solving mindset.
