The Opportunity The Retail Supervisor will be fully responsible for the operational, efficient, effective, and profitable performance of the Solomon Islands Book Centre and Coffee Shop, including managing supplier relationships and reseller vendor agreements within the delegated authority of the Retail Supervisor based at the Solomon Islands Campus. The role holder will have delegated responsibility for product management, customer service excellence, and financial returns, working closely with their team to achieve business objectives.
