KEY DUTIES:
Post job openings and manage the application process.
Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews.
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and assist in the selection process.
Facilitate the on-boarding process for new employees, including orientation and training.
Support managers in conducting performance reviews and providing feedback.
Support the administration of employee benefits programs.
Organise events and activities that promote a positive workplace culture.
REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Exceptional organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with diverse employee groups.
Passport required for business travel.
