Key Responsibilities:
Welcome all guests and visitors to the dining outlet by displaying your genuine “Bula Spirit”, ensuring guests are greeted immediately with eye contact and a friendly smile
Assist with reservation or menu inquiries, listening carefully to guests’ requests or information that they share about special occasions or needs
Promptly seat guests in their preferred area if possible, ensuring napkins are presented as applicable
Carefully and accurately record guest orders and process these orders through POS in a timely manner, ensuring special dietary or other requirements are entered
Ensure water and drinks orders are promptly taken and served
