Uniforms & Customer Experience Special Projects Coordinator
The Uniforms & Customer Experience Projects Coordinator oversees the full administration and management of all company uniforms. The role also supports the design, development, implementation, and continuous improvement of customer-facing experiences across Fiji Airways. It contributes to a wide range of initiatives across the customer journey, including frontline presentation, Duty Free retail, and operational and administrative enhancements.
This cross-functional position requires strong attention to detail, organisation, and effective collaboration with internal teams and external suppliers to deliver seamless, brand-aligned, high-quality products and services.
