Lomani Island Resort & Spa is seeking an experienced and passionate Spa Manager to lead our Day Spa and deliver exceptional guest experiences in a relaxed island setting.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily spa operations, cleanliness, and presentation.
Lead, train, and roster spa staff.
Develop spa treatments, packages, and retail offerings.
Manage bookings, inventory, costs, and revenue performance.
Ensure outstanding guest care, safety, and service standards.
Liaise with resort management, suppliers, and maintenance.

Proven experience in spa or wellness management.
Strong leadership and organizational skills.
Hands-on therapist skills across a range of treatments.
