The primary purpose of this position is to provide field assistance and development activities to support Ministry initiatives.       Flight Planner The Flight Planner is responsible for providing legally compliant and cost-effective flight plans by analysing weather, NOTAMs, MEL/CDL requirements, VA advisories, and other operational data in accordance with the Operations Manual Suite, Jeppesen manuals, and Aeronautical Publications. The role maintains Flight Watch and promptly communicates any meteorological, aeronautical, or NOTAM changes-and other operational risks-to the crew via radio or ACARS.
