Energy Fiji Limited (EFL)

The position will be based at the Energy Fiji Limited’s Navutu Depot and will report to the Team Leader Procurement.
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure purchase orders both local and overseas are raised within the approved budgetary allocation and approved delegation framework and in compliance with EFL Financial policies and procedures;
Ensure complete and accurate procurement accounting - batches are compiled, approved and processed incorporating Requisitions, Purchase Orders, Delivery Notes, Invoices and Receipt into NAVISION Financial System;
Monthly reconciliations of Suppliers statements;
Perform General Ledger reconciliation;
Ensure EFLs internal controls are maintained and monitored;
Conduct Quarterly EFL Inventory Stock take;
Carry out any other duties as assigned by the Accountants, Managers and CFO.
