The position will be based at the Energy Fiji Limited’s Navutu Depot and will report to the General Manager Human Resources.
Key Responsibilities:
Administration/Management
Ensuring strategic alignment of the training department with business goals;
Ensures that training milestones and goals are met while adhering to approved training budget;
Develop an initial and ongoing training schedule, in conjunction with department supervisors, for continuous professional development of new and existing staffs;
Design and deliver e-learning courses, workshops and other trainings;
Prepare and implement training budget;
Plan the implementation and facilitation of activities and events, budget spending, material production and distribution, and other resources to ensure that operations are managed within authorized budgets;
Database of the tested equipment into Pay Global and the subsequent test results;
