The Front Office Manager is responsible for ensuring high customer service standards, positively resolving issues, and motivating the team.
What you’ll be doing:
Promoting hotel services, gathering customer feedback, addressing complaints, assisting during peak times, maintaining communication with other departments (like Housekeeping), and preparing work schedules in line with business needs.
Collaborate on improving guest service, manage room revenue, oversee departmental financial performance, and lead training initiatives for staff.
Upholding health and safety standards, contributing to marketing efforts, and participating in community relations.
What we're looking for
Minimum 5 years' experience in a senior front office management role within a high-end hotel, resort environment
Proven track record of driving profitability and exceeding customer satisfaction targets
