Aspen Medical is seeking qualified and experienced candidates for the position of Team Leader – Surgical . The purpose of this role is to provide clinical leadership, mentorship, and supervision to Registered Nurses, Intern Nurses, Nursing Students, and Ward Assistants, while supporting the management of medical and surgical patients. The successful candidate will train, coordinate, monitor, and support nursing staff to ensure the delivery of safe, high-quality patient care, in line with the vision, mission, and values of Aspen Medical.
