Front Office Reservations Representative (1 Position)
Key Responsibilities
Welcome clients and provide exceptional customer service.
Manage daily spa bookings and reservations.
Respond to telephone, email, Facebook Messenger and other customer enquiries promptly and professionally.
Monitor and manage the NAMA Spa Facebook page, ensuring enquiries and messages are responded to in a timely manner.
Coordinate appointments and maintain accurate booking schedules.
Process payments and maintain accurate client records.
Provide administrative support and assist with the smooth operation of the front office.
Promote spa treatments, retail products and current promotions.
Maintain a professional reception area and ensure an exceptional guest experience.
