We are seeking Commercial Bakery Manager/s to run our 24 hour bakery operation at the 8 Mile Production facility in Port Moresby. The Role The bakery operates 24 hours a day and produces at volume across a wide range of lines, including bulk cakes, sweets, meat pies, bread and other baked goods for our wholesale customers and our own retail and QSR outlets. You will manage a team of up to 30 bakers and production staff, reporting to the Group Operations Manager. The role is hands-on: you will be on the production floor, training existing and new staff, setting daily output, scheduling batches against orders, and making sure every product leaves the bakery at the right weight, quality and packaging.
