Payroll Coordinator 📍 Suva or Nadi, Fiji 💼 Full Time We are looking for an experienced Payroll Coordinator to support payroll operations for a large multi site Australian business. Key Responsibilities • Process fortnightly and monthly payrolls • Review and validate high volume timesheets • Complete payroll reconciliations and variance checks • Prepare bank files and payroll approval packs • Manage superannuation and payroll tax administration • Process leave, deductions and payroll corrections • Respond to employee payroll enquiries • Prepare payroll and labour cost reporting About You • 3+ years payroll, finance or accounting experience • Strong Excel and reconciliation skills • High attention to detail • Comfortable working with large volumes of data • Strong organisational skills and ability to meet deadlines Experience with Employment Hero , Australian payroll , superannuation and payroll tax will be highly regarded.
