Position Overview
As the Construction Foreman , you will lead site crews, subcontractors, and tradespeople in executing civil, structural, and operational construction projects at the Tuvatu Gold Mine. Reporting directly to the project Manager, you will bridge the gap between project engineers and hands-on site execution. You will ensure that capital works (infrastructure expansion, earthworks, concrete structures) and operational upkeep projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and up to mine standards.
Schedule & Logistics
Roster: Weekdays ( 5-on-2-off , Monday to Friday).
Transport: Daily pickup and drop-off provided by Lion One Ltd from designated regional transit routes.

Crew Leadership: Supervise, schedule, and assign daily work tasks to tradespeople and skilled laborers.
