Carpenters Shipping is a well-established shipping & forwarding Agency and heavy transport and logistics business. We are seeking to employ experienced and a proactive individual for the Sales Support Officer role to be based in Suva.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Sales Team
Prepare and follow up on quotations and proposals
Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
Maintain accurate customer records and sales data
Coordinate with operations to ensure timely shipment processing
Assist in preparing sales reports and performance analysis
Support marketing campaigns and client engagement initiatives
Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Logistics, or related field
Proven experience in sales support, customer service, or administrative role (shipping/logistics experience is an advantage)
