MACHINE OPERATOR - RETORT Role Description: Operate and monitor retort processing equipment used in the thermal sterilization of canned fish products. Ensure processing cycles are completed according to approved temperature, pressure, and time requirements. Conduct pre-start checks, including verification of product batches, processing schedules, and equipment readiness. Accurately record production data, processing parameters, and operational logs.
