Role Summary
This role is responsible for providing Level 1 and Level 2 technical support to clients, troubleshooting issues, and assisting in maintaining reliable IT systems across a range of environments.
Key Responsibilities
Provide remote support via phone, email, and ticketing systems
Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues
Support Microsoft 365 environments (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, etc.)
