About the Role
This role is responsible for attracting top talent, managing onboarding processes, and driving employee engagement initiatives across our properties.
Manage full-cycle recruitment (advertising, screening, interviewing, selection).
Partner with department heads to identify hiring needs and workforce planning.
Coordinate and deliver structured onboarding programs for new employees.
Develop and implement employee engagement and retention initiatives.
Support employer branding through digital and social media platforms.
