Tour Desk Sales & Reservations Staff
We are looking for an experienced Tour Desk Sales & Reservations Consultant to be based at Novotel Lami Bay, Suva .
Key Responsibilities:
Promote and sell tours, activities and transfer services to hotel guests.
Handle tour and transfer enquiries and reservations.
Provide accurate information and quotations to guests.
Upsell tours, private transfers and other available services.
Coordinate bookings with drivers, tour operators and suppliers.
Maintain accurate booking records.
Follow up on enquiries and confirmed bookings.
Build positive relationships with hotel guests...
