Tour Desk Sales & Reservations Staff

We are looking for an experienced Tour Desk Sales & Reservations Consultant to be based at Novotel Lami Bay, Suva.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell tours, activities and transfer services to hotel guests.
• Handle tour and transfer enquiries and reservations.
• Provide accurate information and quotations to guests.
• Upsell tours, private transfers and other available services.
• Coordinate bookings with drivers, tour operators and suppliers.
• Maintain accurate booking records.
• Follow up on enquiries and confirmed bookings.
• Build positive relationships with hotel guests and hotel staff.
• Provide excellent customer service and assist guests with their Fiji travel experiences.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in hotel tour desks, reservations, travel or tourism sales.
• Strong sales and customer service skills.
• Good knowledge of Fiji's major tourist attractions and destinations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confident and friendly personality.
• Good computer and administrative skills.
• Ability to work towards sales targets.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work weekends and public holidays.
• Experience with hotel or tour booking systems will be an advantage.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in transport operations, tourism, hospitality or logistics.
• Good knowledge of Suva, Lami and surrounding areas.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Ability to coordinate multiple bookings and drivers simultaneously.
• Good computer and administrative skills.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Must be flexible to work weekends, early mornings, evenings and public holidays.
• Valid driver's licence will be an advantage.
• Previous experience in a hotel or transport company will be an advantage.
