Reporting directly to Chief Engineer , as a Maintenance Attendant your duties will include but not limited to the following:
Carry out daily repair and maintenance work across guest rooms, public areas and back-of-house (plumbing, painting, carpentry, basic electrical and general repairs).
Assist with preventive maintenance programs to ensure all equipment and facilities are operating safely and efficiently.
Respond promptly to guest and colleague maintenance requests, ensuring issues are resolved in a timely and professional manner.
