We are looking for a reliable and organized Inventory Clerk to manage the receipt, storage, and monitoring of all stock across our resort. You will play a vital role in ensuring smooth operations, food safety, and proper stock management. Key Responsibilities: Receive deliveries from barge, ferry, or local suppliers; check quantities, condition, and expiry dates. Store stock correctly: dry goods, perishables, meat, fish, dairy, and bar supplies. Monitor stock levels, rotate stock (FIFO), and report shortages or expiring items to management. Maintain accurate records of received goods, wastage, and daily stock movements. Ensure food safety and prevent cross-contamination, particularly with meat, fish, and poultry.
